Job Opportunity: Supervisor – Sourcing & Placement (Manufacturing Plant)

We are hiring a Supervisor who will be responsible for managing sourcing activities and ensuring timely placement of candidates in our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end candidate sourcing for manufacturing roles
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes
• Ensure smooth onboarding and placement of candidates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Work closely with HR and plant operations teams

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or manpower handling (manufacturing preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring
• Basic knowledge of hiring processes and documentation
