Job Location: Cricket Academy of Pathans Head Office, New Delhi

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage teams across multiple domains, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with organizational goals.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations across centers, providing guidance and support to team members to maintain performance standards.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
4. Maintain constant communication with centre managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5. Manage data collection and reporting to track performance metrics, achieve productivity targets, minimize errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to operational activities.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
9. Ensure that all operational activities are completed on time and within budget.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong organisational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sport Management.
