We are seeking experienced HR Experts to join our customer’s team in a remote contractor capacity, where you will play a highly impactful role leveraging your expertise in HR policy, compliance, communications, and people operations to train and evaluate advanced AI models. In this role, you will review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templates aligned with best practices and regulatory standards, while designing and optimizing onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to improve efficiency.
You will advise on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios, craft effective employee communications and change management strategies, and contribute real-world insights to refine AI-driven HR tools.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy accuracy and applicability, and document knowledge resources to support ongoing AI learning and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate has a proven background as an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist, People Operations Manager, or HR Communication & Change Management Specialist, with strong expertise in policy development, onboarding design, employee relations, and internal communications, along with the ability to translate complex HR topics into clear, practical documentation.
Experience working with global organizations, creating HR artifacts like handbooks and process flows, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset are essential.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience with HR AI models or digital HR platforms, knowledge of international HR standards, and advanced expertise in organizational change management and employee experience design.
