Job Overview : 

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Architectural Designer who can effectively bridge design conceptualization and on-site project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural planning, construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and site coordination for civil engineering works. This role requires managing the complete project lifecycle, from preparing government submission drawings to supporting execution and final project completion.

Job Responsibilities :

• Architectural & Working Drawings :
  • Prepare complete architectural drawing sets for residential villas and commercial projects.
  • Develop detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and layout plans.
• Regulatory Approvals :
  • Prepare and manage architectural submission drawings for statutory approvals.
  • Handle documentation related to TCP approvals, Health NOCs, Panchayat files, and Occupancy/Completion Certificates.
• Construction Documentation :
  • Develop technical drawings including column footing plans, centerline layouts, masonry layouts, slab moulding details, and door/window schedules.
  • Ensure drawings meet technical and construction standards.
• Estimation & Quantity Surveying:
  • Prepare detailed area statements and contractor cost sheets.
  • Perform concrete, steel, and material quantity take-offs using MS Excel.
• Structural & Technical Coordination:
  • Coordinate with structural consultants and engineering teams for drawing clarifications and revisions.
  • Ensure alignment between design intent and structural feasibility.
• Site & Project Execution Support :
  • Provide drawing and technical support at project sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors for billing, execution tracking, and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure construction work adheres to approved designs and specifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and civil project execution
• Experience working on residential villa projects (G+1 / G+2) and commercial developments
• Strong knowledge of masonry, electrical, and plumbing layouts
• Familiarity with local regulatory approval processes will be preferred
• Strong attention to detail, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
• AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency in 2D drafting and detailing
• SketchUp – 3D visualization and modelling
• MS Excel – Quantity estimation, cost calculations, and billing
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva – Documentation, reporting, and presentations
