Job Description:
Ayodhya Enterprise & Job Placement is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls for recruitment and manpower services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with job seekers and clients, providing information about job opportunities, and maintaining strong follow-up to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates and inform them about job opportunities

• Handle inbound inquiries related to job placement services

• Maintain a database of candidates and update records regularly

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruiters

• Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining process

• Explain job roles, salary details, and company policies clearly

• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or Graduate

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills 

• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Positive attitude and patience

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
