Job Summary :

Required "SALES MANAGER" :

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

3. Sales & Revenue Targets

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase market share
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

4. Tendering & Documentation

  • Participate in tender processes, prepare bids, and submit proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with operations and HR teams for service delivery

5. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Ensure proper deployment of security personnel and systems
  • Follow up on payments and contract renewals

6. Reporting

  • Maintain MIS reports on sales activities, pipeline, and closures
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of security services (manpower & electronic systems)
  • Lead generation and client acquisition skills
  • Ability to handle tenders and corporate sales
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA (preferred)

Experience

  • 2–6 years in sales/business development
  • Prior experience in security services / facility management / manpower services preferred

 

Working Conditions

  • Frequent field visits and client meetings
  • Travel may be required
  • Flexible working hours depending on client needs
