Key Job Roles and Responsibilities (Trainee Level)

• Machine Operation Learning: Training to operate the loader’s controls to fill, transport, and dump materials into trucks, hoppers, or conveyor belts.
• Safety Adherence: Following safety regulations to prevent accidents, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining safe distances in the vicinity of machinery.
• Maintenance & Inspection: Performing pre- and post-shift inspections of the machinery, checking fluids, and performing daily lubrication (greasing) and cleaning.
• Site Support: Assisting experienced operators and supervisors with daily tasks, ensuring the work area remains clean and organized.
• Loading Accuracy: Learning to load materials to the correct weights and specifications, such as following the CAT10/10/20 rule.
