1. Job Description of Guest Service Associate (F&B Service Dept.):
• Ensure a smooth and steady flow of service to guests, responding promptly to their needs.
• Coordinate with the Senior GSA, chefs, and barkers to manage starters and table service efficiently.
• Safely handle and place/remove grills to provide safe service to guests.
• Assist senior staff by re-laying tables or stepping in when they’re busy.
• Actively contribute to guest delight through service excellence.
• Maintain grooming standard as per company policy
• Follow safety protocol as per company guideline
• Understand instruction & support the requirement of the starter through proper coordination with Sr. GSA & Barker

• Possess foundational knowledge of the production department.
• Capable of executing basic culinary activities such as cutting and chopping.
