Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on exposure to the FMCG ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in FMCG sales or business development and should be comfortable handling distributors, retailers, and multiple product categories. Candidates from any FMCG background with field exposure will be considered.
Mandatory Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum 6 months to 1 year of total work experience in the FMCG industry.
· Experience should be relevant and hands-on in FMCG sales / business development.
· Candidate must have worked with distributors, retailers, or trade partners.
· Experience in handling multiple SKUs or product categories is preferred.
· Candidates from any FMCG company or B2B FMCG platforms are eligible.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across FMCG channels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
· Drive revenue growth through market expansion, onboarding, and product penetration.
· Execute sales plans and ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-ups.
· Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
· Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
· Desired Skills & Competencies
· Basic understanding of FMCG distribution and trade channels.
· Experience handling multi-SKU / multi-category products.
· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
· Target-driven mindset with strong execution focus.
· Willingness to work in the field with high ownership and accountability.
