Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive leads/frontline leaders .

We are offering a high‑impact leadership opportunity for an accomplished technology executive to shape and lead large-scale, multi‑tower Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) programs for some of our most strategic global clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, transformation, customer engagement, and business strategy.

As part of our senior Delivery Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, AI-led optimization, and large-program governance within our ADM portfolio. You will influence key customer decisions, steer major delivery programs, and collaborate with cross-business leaders to strengthen our value proposition and accelerate growth

He/She/They will have 20+ Years of experience with a strong project track record

This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:

  • Must have 22+ years of experience in delivery of large & multi tower complex ADM projects (TCV: 50 M+)
  • Exposure to complete AM lifecycle of i.e. Solutioning, Transition, Steady state & Optimization, Run & Build
  • Design Thinking & innovative mindset with ability to drive strategic initiatives for ADM portfolio
  • Designed & developed tools & accelerators for ADM Application landscape
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML & GenAI for asset development & implementation with a team of 15 – 20 people
  • Good background working with technologies & Architecture frameworks - .Net, Java, SFDC, Microservices, SAP/Package based Apps, non-SAP Applications

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ability to support ADM deals with reviews and participation in customer orals with presentations, demos
  • Ability to make a comparative analysis in a diverse scenario and provide a strong recommendation with pros & cons
  • Mindset and focus in bringing productivity and cost savings in an ADM landscape through new levers
  • Ability to collaborate across different business lines & Group – Infra, Digital customer experience, Insights & Data and more importantly with Account Leaders & Delivery Heads
  • Crisp & data driven in management reporting for Leadership meetings
  • Should be bold and have good decision-making skills with the ability to assess risks and mitigations
  • Has a good understanding of managing financials and planning for running programs

Good articulation skills for customer and internal connects
