Job Summary :

Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in BDD testing, Reqnrolll, C#. The candidate will lead test automation, ensure coding quality, implement testing solutions, and enhance testing practices. It focuses on defining end to end testing strategies, applying quality metrics, and guiding teams through planning, execution, and defect resolution. By collaborating across functions and contributing to key delivery decisions, the role helps ensure consistent quality and reliable outcomes across the application lifecycle. This role demands strong test automation and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
  • Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance of software applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must to have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Testing – specflow, Payments Fundamentals, Core Banking, C#, BDD test scenario authoring.
  • QE Leadership across federated squads, coaching and implementation of program test framework.
  • Strong QE experience & Requirements Analysis, BDD Scenario authoring, C# Intermediate (Strong Java, jess, TS, Python acceptable).
  • Tools in use are C#/Reqnroll for most team and Leapwork (planned for low code D365/PP).

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
