We’re looking for sharp, energetic Customer Success Associates to join our international Voice support team.

⭐ What You Need
Excellent English (B2/C1)
No MTI/RTI
Min 6 months BPO Voice exp (BFSI preferred)
Grad/Undergrad Rotational shifts

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Assist customers via chat and call
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by proactively supporting clients and resolving their issues.
• Build strong client relationships while driving product adoption and long-term value.
• Act as the primary point of contact to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to improve retention and growth.
• Deliver seamless customer experiences by coordinating support, onboarding, and engagement.
