Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Noida

Working Days : 05 Days with Day Shifts

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.

• Assist customers with travel, hospitality, and tourism-related queries and bookings.

• Provide accurate information about services, packages, and policies.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Update customer records and maintain proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality/travel domain is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
