Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with 10–15 years of expertise in managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, audits, and financial compliance. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to independently handle financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finalization of accounts including Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for senior management
• Handle banking operations, including reconciliations and fund management
• Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Experience in handling audits and final accounts independently
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Good understanding of banking and cash flow management
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
