• Take care of the production line of Renault
• Lead and support a team of 20 members per shift
• Ensure all planned manpower is present for smooth operations
• In case of absenteeism, coordinate with vendors or team members to fill manpower gaps
• Assist in maintaining continuous production flow and meeting targets
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace discipline
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in operations
• Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and dispatch (if required)
• Maintain basic reports and data in Excel / system
• Follow instructions from senior management and ensure smooth coordination
