Job Description:

• Operate and monitor boilers and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient functioning.
• Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and flow as per plant requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
• Handle or support boiler start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor water levels, fuel supply, and combustion systems.
• Maintain logbooks and record operational data regularly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Valid 1st Class or 2nd Class Boiler Operator Certificate.
• 4–10 years of experience in boiler operations.
• Strong/basic knowledge of boiler systems, safety practices, and regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work in shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

• 1st Class Operator: ₹30,000 – ₹34,000 (NTH)
• 2nd Class Operator: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 (NTH)

• Travel Allowance: ₹1,500 extra
