Job Description:

• Assist technicians and maintenance staff in daily operational activities.
• Support in handling tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance work.
• Help in loading, unloading, and shifting of materials within the plant.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist in basic repair and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
• Perform any other general duties assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass / ITI preferred.
• Relevant experience in industrial/plant environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a field/plant environment.
• Basic understanding of safety practices.

Salary & Benefits:
