Job description
Role & responsibilities

•    Regularly communicate with customer and providing relevant information to the customer.
•    Visit the customer end regarding quality issue.
•    Responsible of In-House quality & Analyze root cause investigations when quality problems rise.
•    To ensure quality standards are met in processes and products.
•    Collaborate with operations managers to develop corrective action.
•    implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality.
•    Responsible to assist external quality auditors in coordinating on-site audits.
•    Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving production and manufacturing problems
•    Interacting with vendors, customers, and management to ensure quality product delivery.
•    Conduct audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance, identifying any areas for quality control improvement and implementing new methods accordingly
•    Confirmation of Process design /Tool Design based on potential failures and past problems. 
•    Submission of Quality Improvements schedule to customer and regular meeting to review for its compliance.
•    Checking and approval of documents necessary to submit customer before SOP
•    Ensuring Trials and Inspection of part and process for approval 
•    Part handling standard approval for internal as well as to customer and ensure all preparation before SOP.
•    Initial Quality control after SOP of New Parts
•    Regular meeting with concern department About Quality Issues
