KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) 

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components as per project requirements.
• Assemble and align fabricated parts using hand tools and machinery.
• Support welding, grinding, drilling, and finishing activities.
• Inspect fabricated structures and components for accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform repair and maintenance of fabricated structures when required.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
