Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to manage water distribution systems at our shrimp farm. The role is critical in ensuring proper water flow, drainage, and pond management to support efficient aquaculture operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water pipelines, valves, and fittings across the shrimp farm.
• Ensure proper functioning of inlet and outlet water systems for shrimp ponds.
• Maintain and repair PVC/HDPE pipelines, sluice gates, and drainage systems.
• Identify and fix leakages, blockages, and pipeline damages promptly.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of water pumps and filtration systems.
• Monitor water flow and ensure proper distribution across ponds.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
• Coordinate with farm and electrical teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / certification in Plumbing or relevant trade.
• Experience in plumbing, preferably in farms, fisheries, or industrial setups.
• Knowledge of pipeline systems, valves, and water flow mechanisms.
• Ability to work in outdoor and wet conditions.
• Basic understanding of pump systems is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
