Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals as Customer Care Executives under an apprenticeship program. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early professionals to build their career in the BPO sector while gaining valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

• Resolve queries, complaints, and requests efficiently within timelines.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

• Achieve performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and data security standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation candidates can apply.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged).

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
