An Assembly Line Operator at Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for assembling automotive wiring harnesses and related components efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and connectors as per work instructions
• Perform crimping, taping, routing, and bundling of wires
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production targets
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure defect-free products
• Identify and report faulty materials or process issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production line (5S practices)
• Work in coordination with supervisors and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of assembly processes
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and diagrams
• Attention to detail for quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
• ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Fitter) preferred but not mandatory.
