Retrieve items from shelves based on picking lists or handheld scanners
Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and product quality
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or batch picking methods where required

2. Packing Orders
Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.)
Ensure products are protected to avoid damage during transit
Label packages correctly with shipping details

3. Inventory Handling
Assist in stock counting and inventory audits
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Replenish picking locations when stock is low

4. Quality Control
Double-check items before packing
Verify order accuracy against system records
Maintain high accuracy to reduce returns

5. Use of Equipment
Operate handheld scanners, barcode systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Use basic equipment like pallet jacks or trolleys safely

6. Maintaining Clean & Safe Workspace
Keep workstations organized
Follow safety protocols and warehouse guidelines
Adhere to health and safety regulations
