Clean and maintain assigned areas.
Role Summary:
· Ensure that the areas cleaned are in done so in accordance with the company policy.
· Communicate damages and problems to the superior.
· Maintain courteous terms with all guests and co-workers.
Responsibilities:
· Read the notice board daily and attend briefings.
· Be conversant with the hotel facilities, services and respond appropriately to guest enquiries.
· Clean and maintain the assigned areas such as guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the required standard.
· Perform daily cleaning of the guest rooms and turning down service.
· Attend to special services required by the guest such as shoe shine, baby cots, etc.
· Replenish guest supplies and amenities.
· Ensure on the security and care of guest belongings and hotel property. Report any suspicious happening to the superior immediately.
· Assume responsibility of the master keys issued and deposit them at the end of the shift.
