Job Description

Job Summary :

  1. First-Mile :
    Assist in vendor coordination, shipment pickups, and documentation at the origin point to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  2. Inventory & Warehouse Support:
    Monitor inbound and outbound inventory, maintain records, and support warehouse operations for efficient handling and storage.
  3. Middle-Mile Transportation Management:
    Track shipments in transit, coordinate with transporters, and ensure timely movement between hubs and distribution centers.
  4. Last-Mile Delivery Support:
    Coordinate with delivery teams/partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery to end customers.
  5. Documentation & Data Management:
    Maintain shipment records, invoices, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and update systems/ERP with accurate data.
  6. Issue Resolution & Coordination:
    Identify operational delays or discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly
