🕒 Working Hours: 8-10 Hours (Rotational shifts)
📆 Weekly Off: 1 day rotational off
🧾 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🔧 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately from the racks/shelves
• Scan and sort products using a handheld device or scanner
• Ensure timely packaging and labeling of items
• Manage the movement of goods in the dark store
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store area
• Coordinate with supervisors for daily tasks
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) of Blinkit
• Ensure safe handling of products and avoid any damage/loss

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to 25 years
• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
• Aadhar Card and Bank Account mandatory
• PAN Card
