Powder Coating Operator

Job Summary:

The Powder Coating Operator is responsible for applying powder coating on metal components to achieve a high-quality, durable, and uniform finish. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of coating techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate powder coating guns, booths, and curing ovens
Prepare surfaces properly before coating application
Ensure uniform coating thickness and smooth finish
Monitor curing temperature and timing
Inspect coated parts for defects such as uneven coating or bubbles
Maintain coating equipment and tools
Follow safety guidelines and use PPE
Work in coordination with production and quality teams
Requirements:
Experience in powder coating operations
Knowledge of coating techniques and finishing standards
Attention to detail and quality focus
Basic understanding of equipment handling
Experience preferred but freshers can be trained
