Job Summary:

The Pre-Treatment Operator is responsible for preparing metal surfaces before coating by performing cleaning, degreasing, and chemical treatment processes. This step is critical to ensure proper coating adhesion and long-lasting finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface cleaning, degreasing, and chemical treatment of metal parts
Operate pre-treatment tanks, washing systems, and drying equipment
Monitor chemical concentration, temperature, and process parameters
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals
Maintain records of pre-treatment processes and batches
Follow safety standards while handling chemicals
Inspect treated materials before forwarding to coating process
Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work area
Requirements:
Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
Experience in pre-treatment or similar process preferred
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain records
Awareness of industrial safety practices
ITI/Diploma preferred
