Job Summary:

The Fabrication Operator (Spot Welding) is responsible for performing high-quality spot welding operations to join metal components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The role requires precision, consistency, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure strong and durable joints.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform spot welding operations as per given specifications and drawings
Properly align and position components before welding
Ensure welding strength, accuracy, and consistency in output
Inspect welded joints for defects, alignment, and finishing
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
Maintain welding machines and report any issues to supervisors
Work closely with the quality and production team to meet targets
Requirements:
Knowledge of spot welding techniques and equipment
Basic understanding of fabrication processes
Ability to read basic drawings is an advantage
Strong focus on quality and safety
ITI or relevant experience preferred
