Description:

Customer Interaction as Lead Engineer:
Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the technical team.
Clarify customer requirements and provide regular updates.
Prepare and Submit Drawings to Customer (Design Team):
Collaborate with the design team to prepare technical drawings.
Submit approved drawings to the customer for approval.
Prepare Procurement Sheet:
Create and maintain a procurement sheet detailing materials and components required for the project.
Place Purchase Orders (PO) with Suppliers (Purchase Team):
Place purchase orders based on the procurement sheet and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
Release Approved Drawings to Production:
Once the customer approves the drawings, release them to the production team for manufacturing.
Weekly Review and Update Purchase and Production Sheets:
Regularly review and update the status of both procurement and production to track progress and resolve any issues.
Generate Inspection Call for Customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test):
Coordinate with the customer to schedule a Factory Acceptance Test.
Prepare and send relevant documentation for FAT.
Project Closing Documentation and Review:
Prepare project completion documents, including final reports and a review of the project's outcome and performance.
Conduct a final review meeting with the customer to close the project.
