• Order Management: Processing, verifying, and tracking orders, Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills.
• Inventory Coordination: Checking stock availability and coordinating with vendors/warehouses.
• Logistics Coordination: Scheduling shipments, generating shipping labels, and managing courier partners.
• Documentation: Generating invoices, maintaining MIS reports, and updating client records.
• Communication: Interacting with customers to address inquiries regarding delivery timelines.
