Duties - 

• Plan and conduct training sessions focusing on technique, footwork, stamina, and match skills

• Teach fundamental and advanced badminton skills like serves, smashes, drops, and net play

• Develop personalized training programs based on each player’s skill level and goals

• Monitor player performance and provide regular feedback and corrections

• Prepare players for tournaments, including strategy, match preparation, and mental conditioning

• Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention practices

• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment during training

• Assess players’ fitness levels and coordinate with fitness trainers if required

• Manage training schedules, attendance, and player progress records

• Organize practice matches and simulate real-game situations

• Guide players on nutrition, recovery, and overall fitness

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and court facilities

• Stay updated with latest badminton rules, techniques, and coaching methods

• Communicate with parents (for junior players) regarding progress and performance
