Care Taker / Nursing Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting (Diaper, Bedpan)
Support mobility (walking, transferring, positioning, Exercise)
Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition
2. Medical Support:
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature)
Assist in basic medical care as guided
Medicine reminder
Maintain hygiene and infection control
3. Home Support:
Maintain cleanliness of patient surroundings
Assist with light tasks related to patient care
Ensure patient safety and fall prevention
4. Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and comfort
Engage patients in conversation and activities
Maintain dignity and confidentiality
5. Reporting:
Report patient condition changes to family
Maintain & Record daily care records
Follow instructions from supervisors/health professionals· Dressing
Working Conditions:
Work at patient’s home
Day/Night shifts (as per requirement)
There are two types of shits or duties.
12hours: The caretaker travels to patient house and works for 12hr shift from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am depending on patient requirements. Traveling expense will be paid extra.
24hours/Stay Duty: The caretaker stays with the family like a family member. The fooding and lodging is taken care by the family and caretaker gets 7-8 hours of rest hours and time for his/her personal activities.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Minimum 10th pass or 1th Pass (Certification of Healthcare Sector Skill Council or certificate of Nursing Assistant/General Duty Assistant/Home Health Aide/DIploma will be an advantage)
- Must be above the age of 18 years.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Willing to work in shifts
Salary breaks-up- 16K to 18K(IN hand)

2 earned leaves for every 1.5 months which can be converted into cash at 6 months if not availed.
