Key Responsibilities and Activities (KRAs):

• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and update company ledgers, general journals, and financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, generate customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, verifying employee hours, and calculating deductions.
• Compliance and Tax: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations by assisting in the preparation of tax returns, TDS filings, and GST returns.
• Financial Reporting: Support senior accountants with month-end closing, annual audits, and budget preparations
