Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, calibrate, and commission new automobile equipment and machinery at client sites, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and emergency repairs on workshop machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on site, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Customer Support & Training: Act as the technical point of contact, conducting training sessions for clients on safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, repair logs, and documentation for every service call in a timely manner.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify required spare parts for repairs and support sales teams by promoting consumables to existing customers.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and industrial safety regulations.
