REQUIRED BRANCH MANAGER(S)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Direct daily branch operations, including scheduling, deployment of security personnel, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and client protocols.
• Personnel Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security guards and staff to maintain high service quality and compliance.
• Business Development & Sales: Drive branch profitability by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and achieving sales targets for security services, notes Shine.
• Client Relations & Risk Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, conducting risk assessments, and investigating security breaches or incidents.
• Financial & Administrative: Manage branch budgets, control operational expenses, and prepare reports on performance and security status. 

   

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, or corporate security (often 3-5+ years).
• Leadership: Strong team management and decision-making abilities, especially in high-stress or emergency situations.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, security legislation, and compliance standards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and report creation.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree and / or a related field experience is preferred.
