REQUIRED FIELD OFFICER(S):

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Conduct regular site visits, audits, and patrols to ensure security personnel adhere to company standards and protocols.
• Personnel Management: Train, onboard, and supervise security staff, including managing deployment schedules and checking for proper uniform/equipment usage.
• Incident Response: Address security breaches, emergencies, and site disturbances promptly, implementing contingency plans.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and requests, providing professional and timely solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed daily/weekly operational reports regarding staff attendance, site incidents, and security improvements for management.
• Access Control & Security: Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and manage access control at client locations. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations or manpower management.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (12th pass minimum).
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to conduct patrols, stand for long periods, and respond quickly to incidents.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler for travel between sites. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in rotational or night shifts (often 6 days a week).
• Must be physically fit for patrolling and standing
