  • Monitor daily vehicle deployment and route operations.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely vehicle reporting.
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities at warehouse/stores.
  • Track vehicle movements and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain trip sheets, vehicle records, and MIS reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding operational updates.
  • Handle basic issue resolution related to drivers, vehicles, and routes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
