We are seeking a motivated Area Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising and marketing solutions within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Territory Management • Analyse and understand local market trends, competitors, and customers’ needs. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects. • Regularly update in Excel/CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales status.
3. Client Relationship & Support • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Delivery) to ensure timely and quality execution of projects. • Address client queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key local insights. • Communicate updates to senior management on opportunities and challenges within the territory.
5. Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 0.6-3 years of experience in field sales and business development. • Exposure to advertising and marketing services is a plus, but not mandatory. • Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong presentation skills and ability to close deals. • Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
