REQUIRED - SHIFT SUPERVISORS/ SR. SHIFT SUPERVISORS

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Monitoring workflows, controlling inventory, managing cash/registers, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Team Leadership: Supervising staff, conducting training, providing performance feedback, and addressing employee issues.
• Performance Tracking: Meeting shift targets for production, sales, or service quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting audits, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Communication: Conducting shift handovers, reporting to management, and handling customer complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0.6–19 years in a supervisory role (retail, hospitality, or manufacturing).
• Education: High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or POS systems.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
