REQUIRED - PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to plumbers and technicians.
• Site Supervision: Monitor daily work progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
• Technical Planning: Interpret blueprints, project specifications, and layouts.
• Resource Management: Order materials, manage inventory, and control costs within budget.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports. 

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–10 years in plumbing, with previous experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or relevant vocational training.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of local plumbing codes (e.g., NBC, IS codes).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. 

Common Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in physically demanding, often hazardous, conditions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
