• Identify and close high-value sponsorship and partnership deals aligned with business and revenue goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, brands, and strategic stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end partnership process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Develop customized sponsorship proposals and partnership solutions based on brand objectives.

• Manage key partner accounts to ensure long-term relationships, renewals, and value growth.

• Coordinate with marketing, events, and operations teams to successfully deliver partnership commitments.
