Job Summary :

Roles & Responsibilities (HR & Admin)- (Contract Basis)

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
  • Handle complete employee lifecycle management including onboarding, induction, documentation, attendance, leave management, and full & final settlements.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and address employee queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance.
  • Manage overall administrative functions for a 50-100 headcount corporate office.
  • Oversee facilities management, vendor coordination, AMCs, and office maintenance.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, asset management, travel coordination, and infrastructure management.
  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance related to HR and administrative functions

Required Skill Set

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end administration for mid-sized corporate offices (50-100 employees).
  • Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
