Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Certified Personal Trainer
* BSc in Exercise & Sports Science preferred
* Strong expertise in calisthenics and strength & conditioning
* Excellent communication skills and coaching presence
* High professional standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach

Roles -

• Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions in the studio.

• Assess clients’ fitness levels, body composition, posture, and movement patterns before designing programs.

• Create customized workout plans based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, rehabilitation, etc.).

• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injuries.

• Monitor client progress and regularly update training programs.

• Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Motivate and encourage clients to stay consistent and achieve their targets.

• Maintain attendance records, session logs, and client progress reports.

• Ensure studio equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

• Conduct fitness assessments and periodic re-evaluations.

• Build strong client relationships to improve retention and referrals.

• Follow studio policies, maintain punctuality, and uphold professional standards.
