Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Trainee Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that production goals and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor production line equipment and machinery.  Assemble components or products according to specifications.  Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or issues.  Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment.  Maintain a clean and organized work area.  Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents.  Meet production targets and deadlines.  Assist in inventory counts and material handling as needed.  Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes. Requirements:  High school, Sr. Secondary School (10th & 12th-1200) and ITI Pass preferred.  Previous experience in a production & Quality environment is a plus.  Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.  Strong attention to detail and quality.  Basic math and measurement skills.  Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks.  Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and shifts if necessary. Preferred Qualifications:  Electronics certification or experience Work Environment:  Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing floor.  May involve exposure to noise, dust, or temperature changes.  Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.  Competitive 8hrs wage. – Rs. 14000/PM  Medical Facilities as per Company Policy 3.5 Lakhs GMC Policy & 20Lakhs GPA Policy/Year
