Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible individuals to manage facility operations, hostel coordination, vendor management, and system implementation for our sports academy. This role involves hands-on involvement in day-to-day academy operations and process execution within a structured high-performance environment.
Requirements
* Strong interest in operations and process-oriented work
* Relevant experience in facility management / hostel operations / administration (preferred)
* Availability to work from Bangalore
* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day facility management (courts, lighting, equipment, cleanliness)
* Manage hostel operations, athlete allocation, and discipline coordination
* Coordinate with vendors (food, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
* Handle court bookings and slot scheduling
* Manage athlete enrolments, documentation, and records
* Support procurement activities (quote collection, comparison, vendor follow-ups)
* Assist in implementing systems and operational processes for new facilities
* Support tournament and event planning activities
