Purpose of the position
This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and digital transformation for Tata Motors Assured (TMA) and Tata Motors Genuine Accessories (TMGA). The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, lead digital initiatives, strengthen value chain efficiency, and build integrated marketing strategies to enhance revenue and dealer engagement. The role involves working across functions and channels to create scalable impact in a fast-evolving environment.
Personal Profile
Education : B.E. (Automotive / Mechanical) + MBA (preferred)
Experience : 10-15 years experience in Automotive industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth (TMGA):
- Identify and implement new revenue-generation initiatives in the accessories business.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and channel initiatives to improve sales performance.
2. Value Chain Improvement (TMA):
- Evaluate the current used car business model and identify ways to strengthen dealer offerings.
- Drive process and structural improvements across the TMA value chain.
3. Digital & Marketing Strategy
- Build an annual marketing calendar for TMGA with thematic and product-led campaigns to drive consumer awareness and conversion.
- Manage content development for digital platforms including banners, videos, emails, social media, influencer promotions, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Work with product owners for specified digital initiatives to drive visioning, work with tech teams for development, analytics teams where relevant and project manage the execution of laid out sprint plans and phygital plans.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, IT, digital, marketing) and dealerships for smooth execution of strategic projects.
5. Governance
- Facilitate various governance forums to ensure oversight and direction for the digital initiatives
