About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improved outcomes.
• Analyze large-scale healthcare and public health datasets.
• Design and develop dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks to support monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable strategies, policies, and scalable programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI-driven health initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and usability across systems.

Required Qualifications

• Freshers/Experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex health data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Freshers or Experience with data annotation, data quality management, or evaluation systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or advanced health data platforms.
• Experience supporting population health surveillance initiatives.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

• A personal laptop (Windows or Mac) capable of handling data analysis tools and dashboards.
• Reliable high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) connection.
