  • We are seeking motivated, disciplined, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Course Enrolment Executive (Remote)
  • In this role, you will promote our learning programs, engage with prospective students through digital platforms , and guide them through the enrollment process for our premium course bundles. 
  • Independently generate and manage leads through social media, personal networks, and online outreach (no company-provided data or leads).
  • This opportunity is ideal for freshers, students, homemakers, job seekers, and freelancers who are comfortable with online communication and consistent follow-ups. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our learning and upskilling programs.
  • Maintain professional and ethical communication with all prospects.

  • Be responsive and timely in handling inquiries and messages.

  • Promote course offerings through WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Share accurate course details, benefits, pricing, and offers with interested candidates
  • Engage with leads via messages, calls, and follow-ups in a professional manner
  • Convert qualified leads into successful course enrollments
  • Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments
  • Track progress toward the monthly target of 50 enrollments
  • Resolve basic queries related to courses, access, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates and student support
  • Follow provided scripts, guidelines, and compliance instructions
  • Submit daily or weekly performance reports as required

Requirements:

  • Independently generate and manage leads through social media, personal networks, and online outreach (no company-provided data or leads).
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills (English or regional language)
  • Confidence in interacting with people through digital channels
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and messaging tools
