Roles:

• As a Digital Health Strategist, you will help design, implement, and scale digital health solutions including telemedicine, remote monitoring, wearable data, and mobile health platforms, so they integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows and deliver measurable improvements in care delivery and outcomes. 
• Work as a Digital Health Strategist on a flexible, remote, project-based engagement
• Choose projects that align with your expertise in digital health, healthcare workflows, and data-driven care
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of AI systems used in healthcare
• Participate in the human-in-the-loop AI ecosystem, where domain experts guide how AI systems interpret and support healthcare use cases
• Engage on an hourly or project-based basis, with flexible scheduling and variable workload depending on project availability

Responsibilities:

• You will be asked to complete an application form and onboarding process, which may include skills assessments and background checks to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Once onboarded, you’ll receive notifications when projects aligned with your expertise become available. You may choose projects based on your availability and interests.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to adopt and scale digital health technologies such as telehealth, remote patient monitoring, wearable integrations, and mobile health applications.
• Integrate digital platforms and real-time health data into clinical workflows to support providers in patient care and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to measure the impact of digital initiatives and continuously improve performance and outcomes.
• Support digital health and AI initiatives through data creation, annotation, quality review, and expert evaluation
• Provide clinical and operational context to ensure AI outputs are accurate, safe, and relevant for real-world healthcare settings
• Review and validate healthcare-related data, workflows, and AI-generated outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical, technical, and AI teams to improve model performance and usability
• Deliver structured feedback that helps refine and train generative AI systems for healthcare applications

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital health platforms such as telemedicine, mobile health apps, remote monitoring systems, or wearable data platforms.
• Background or experience in digital health, healthcare workflows, clinical operations, or health technology.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical data, and technology integration.
• Ability to evaluate healthcare data and AI outputs with attention to quality, safety, and real-world applicability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to drive adoption and measurable results.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, flexible, project-based environment.
• Willingness to complete onboarding requirements, including assessments and background checks for safety and quality.
• Availability to participate in projects as they arise, with the understanding that work volume may vary
• BAMS / BNYS / BUMS / BSMS graduates. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply and ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
